**Shipping Policy for Craf-Tee’s Custom Creations

**Order Processing:**
- All orders begin processing within 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- We work with suppliers from different regions to bring you a wide variety of products, so shipping times can vary depending on the supplier and your location.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:**
- Shipping rates are subject to address listed during checkout process.
- Standard shipping times typically range from 10-20 business days, depending on your location. Due to dropshipping, some items may take longer, especially for international orders.
- Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, customs, or holidays. We cannot control shipping delays once the package has left our supplier.

**Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:**
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update.
- Some products may ship separately due to varying warehouse locations, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers if this is the case.

**International Shipping:**
- We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times may vary from 15-30 business days depending on your location and the item ordered.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping costs.

**Delayed or Lost Packages:**
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our support team at reply@craf-teecreations.store so we can assist you in tracking the order.
- For lost packages, we will assist in investigating with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will either offer a replacement or issue a refund.

**Wrong Address Disclaimer:**
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
